Introduction

The Oblongs was a short-lived 2001 American animated sitcom about an eccentric (not to mention assymetrical) family living in the poor part of the high-Gini-coefficient town of Hill Valley, all of them being severely deformed due to the heavy ambient levels of pollution and toxic waste.

The town flag appears in the episode “Flush, Flush, Sweet Helga”, when the mayor gives a press conference: it is furled, but it looks to be green with three horizontal stripes, each containing a a narrow green stripe (or, if you prefer, green with three green stripes thickly fimbriated yellow.)
